The challenge
A new local service business has no search history, no reviews and no brand recognition. The website has to do all the trust-building on its own, immediately.
The service also had to explain itself clearly to two very different audiences: busy households wanting weekly washing handled, and businesses with recurring linen.
What we did
We built a bright, friendly identity and led with the promise rather than the process. The messaging is organised around real weekly routines instead of a generic service list.
Because the shop was still coming, we designed the enquiry flow to be the primary action, with the online range clearly signposted as launching soon rather than hidden or half-built.
